Preliminary Design Review - During the design phase we can provide a verity of services to verify compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Design (ADASAD), California T-24 disabled access regulations, Fire & Life safety compliance and special building code issues required by local building ordinances. This service can minimize the amounts of reviews which result in quicker permit issuance and project completion. These preliminary reviews can also identify design conflicts based upon the complicated issues for existing building designed under older versions of building codes.
Training - We can provide educational training on the International Building Code, (IBC) California Building Codes (CBC) and disabled access regulations, ANSI 117 Standards. American with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design, and Chapters 11; 11-A; 11-B & 11-C of the International Building & California Building Codes.
